Summary
The
Global Brand Director
at Mantle is a pivotal role that transcends traditional branding responsibilities. This leader will own the development, evolution, and enforcement of a cohesive brand strategy that encompasses not just the visual identity but also a compelling narrative, operational alignment, and deep-rooted cultural resonance.
You will set the tone for how Mantle is perceived globally —designing campaigns, developing guidelines, and steering all business units to uphold a unified and premium brand. Your expertise in driving creative, thematic campaigns will align with Mantle’s business and marketing goals, ensuring we remain both relevant and aspirational in the Web3 space and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development
- Create and refine Mantle’s global brand strategy, ensuring it reflects a premium, innovative, and cohesive identity.
- Develop brand guidelines that are comprehensive yet adaptable across different geographies, cultures, and business units.
- Own the brand narrative by crafting a compelling story that resonates across internal and external stakeholders.
Campaign Ideation & Execution
- Propose and lead thematic brand campaigns that align with business objectives, product launches, and marketing needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life through campaigns that inspire and engage global audiences.
- Evaluate campaign performance and brand sentiment to optimize future strategies.
Cross-BU Brand Compliance
- Ensure all business units and external agencies adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across touchpoints including marketing, product, customer experience, and internal communications.
- Act as the brand steward by auditing outputs across channels and providing actionable feedback.
Creative Leadership
- Partner with creative teams to deliver visually stunning and narratively impactful assets.
- Advocate for bold, out-of-the-box ideas while maintaining alignment with Mantle’s strategic goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with company vision and long-term goals.
- Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to drive cohesive brand integration.
Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years in brand management roles within leading FinTech, tech, or consumer-facing companies, preferably with experience at public (IPO) companies or global premium brands
- Proven track record of building and evolving a brand across multiple business units or geographies.
- Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
