Responsibilities
- Formulate the Coins overall growth strategy, including user acquisition, product planing and expansion, revenue growth and new market development
- Deeply analyze the industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs in target markets to develop targeted growth plans following the regulations requirements
- Formulate and execute effective global market expansion plans, selecting appropriate growth channels and partnerships
- Build and manage a cross-functional growth team, coordinating with product, tech, marketing, operations, and other departments
- Continuously optimize growth activities and channels, using data analysis to gain insights and improve growth performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market changes, and propose innovative growth solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of growth management experience in e-commerce or fintech industries, with successful global market expansion. Global crypto industry experience is a must.
- Experienced in building the business in different regions from the scratch
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, with a strong grasp of industry trends and user needs
- Proficient in digital growth, viral marketing, user operations, and other emerging growth approaches, skilled in data analysis
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at building strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Keen interest and passion for the cryptocurrency industry, with a forward-thinking mindset.
