Summary

As a Graphic Designer, your role is crucial in creating visually compelling content that enhances our project's brand and engages our online community. You will be responsible for designing social media posts, web pages, posters, and presentation slides/decks, ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand’s identity and goals.

Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and design a variety of visual content for social media platforms, including but not limited to X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
2. Create visually appealing web pages that enhance user experience and engagement.
3. Design posters, banners, and other promotional materials for digital and print use.
4. Develop presentation slides and decks that effectively communicate key messages and data.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
6. Utilise Figma to create and iterate on design projects, maintaining consistency and quality.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
8. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry developments.
9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall visual content strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, web pages, posters, and presentation slides.
2. Proficient in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
3. Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
4. Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
5. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content.
6. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
