Summary

As a Growth Analyst you will conduct market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive targeted campaigns and refine our go-to-market strategy. This role requires a mix of data analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration to help the company scale effectively.

1. Analyze Growth Areas: Collaborate with Product and Business Development (BD) teams to identify key growth opportunities, developing insights to optimize product offerings.
2. Market Research: Address the total addressable market and conduct in-depth market research focused on customer needs, customer clusters, market trends, and competitor positioning. 
3. Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups, ensuring targeted messaging and outreach.
4. Business Case Development: Draft business cases for targeted campaigns, providing actionable recommendations and data-driven insights for the BD team.
5. Campaign Coordination: Work with the BD, Marketing and Product teams to coordinate and execute campaigns that align with strategic growth initiatives.
6. Pricing Strategy Support: Own pricing calculators to maintain desired margin levels
7. Reporting & Analysis: Use data to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, BD, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Job requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. 
3. Strong passion for the blockchain industry, past work experience is a plus
4. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, etc.).
5. Experience with pricing strategy development and market positioning.
6. Understanding of the professional investor space, including knowledge of customer needs and trends.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
8. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven strategies.
