Summary
As the Growth Creative Lead at Immutable, you'll be instrumental in shaping our narrative as the leading web3 gaming platform. You will play a pivotal role in the success of Immutable and web3 gaming as a whole, defining Immutable's narrative, metrics, and positioning to an audience of tens of millions of players and community members.
This is one of our highest-leverage and impact roles, and it will influence business development messaging, how we position ourselves, and how we interact with community members to onboard billions of players to the Immutable ecosystem.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Be across every domain of the company: product strategy, long-term vision, short-term wins, competition and technical analysis, and synthesize this into a narrative and growth strategy that the entire company will use
- Be a thought leader: you will rival web3’s most famous VCs in terms of your ability to turn data into a narrative that will corral millions of people to come onboard the mission of Immutable and Web3 Gaming
- Create compelling content at fast velocity (brainstorm creative memes, ads, copy, stories, content, videos, etc, for distribution and testing through the channels) and have enormous flexibility and autonomy to experiment with what works
- Collaborate with executive leadership (Founders, COO) to define cross-functional growth experiments and solve novel and innovative challenges
- Work with internal teams to ensure narrative and content are purpose-fit for channel
- Work with the growth lead to iterate content week on week based on what works
- Source and validate stories and get input into the crafting of the story (for example, from our founders)
- Collect input from the community, different channels (internal/external), and partners as to possible narrative seed
- Engage across a spectrum of channels, including Twitter, Discord, our company website, digital marketing campaigns, community platforms, and internal communications
- Have creative freedom, conveying intricate technological advancements in a simple, fun, and engaging manner

- 3+ years experience in content writing
- Proven ability to create engaging and popular content
- Demonstrated academic excellence and impeccable long-form writing skills
- An ability to learn and deeply understand the web3 space and crypto-twitter culture; you do not have to have prior experience, but if you’re a gamer, web3 enthusiast, or love Stratechery, you will find it significantly easier to succeed
