Summary

We are looking for a highly strategic, results-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded individual to lead Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships for our Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling blockchain projects, executing token launches (IDO/ICO), securing strategic partnerships, and driving adoption across Web3 communities and ecosystems.

This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring someone who can think like a founder, execute like a growth hacker, and build like an ecosystem developer. If you have a proven track record of building Web3 communities, driving multi-million-dollar fundraising efforts, and establishing key relationships across L1s, L2s, VCs, and dApps—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Growth & Ecosystem Expansion

  1. Design and execute data-driven GTM strategies for product launches, token launches, and ecosystem expansion.
  2. Scale the project’s global footprint through multi-chain integrations, ecosystem partnerships, and developer onboarding initiatives.
  3. Leverage Web2 + Web3 hybrid growth models, including performance marketing, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and viral campaigns.
  4. Develop and oversee growth metrics, KPIs, and analytics dashboards to track marketing and acquisition performance.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  1. Lead B2B partnership development across blockchain protocols (L1s, L2s, DeFi, RWA, GameFi) and VC networks to establish impactful collaborations.
  2. Identify and facilitate high-value ecosystem partnerships, including wallets, exchanges, liquidity providers, and dApps.
  3. Represent the project at major industry events (Token2049, ETHGlobal, etc.), hosting meetups, networking sessions, and AMAs to drive engagement.

Fundraising & Token Launches (IDO/ICO/TGE)

  1. Plan and execute fundraising initiatives, including IDO, ICO, and blockchain grant applications, securing multi-million-dollar capital from VCs and institutional players.
  2. Coordinate with launchpads, advisors, and investor networks to ensure a successful TGE strategy with high retention and market impact.
  3. Manage investor relations, ensuring a strong pipeline of strategic backers and institutional partners.

Community & Marketing Leadership

  1. Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across social media (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Binance Square) to maximize brand visibility.
  2. Develop Web3-native marketing campaigns, including airdrops, staking incentives, ambassador programs, and influencer collaborations.
  3. Manage and grow a global Web3 community, designing incentivized campaigns (Zealy, Galxe) to engage users and drive retention.
  4. Lead the creation of SEO-optimized content, PR, and thought leadership pieces to position the project as an industry leader.

Who You Are:

  1. Web3 Native – You live and breathe blockchain, crypto, and DeFi and have a strong network within the industry.
  2. Strategic & Execution-Oriented – You can design high-level strategies but also execute with speed and efficiency.
  3. Partnership & Fundraising Expert – You’ve closed major blockchain partnerships and raised funds from VCs, grants, and institutional players.
  4. Data-Driven Marketer – You don’t just run campaigns; you track, measure, and optimize for impact and ROI.
  5. Ecosystem Builder – You understand L1/L2 networks, dApps, liquidity incentives, and on-chain growth strategies.
  6. Community Growth Leader – You’ve built thriving Web3 communities from scratch, launched airdrops, ambassador programs, and viral campaigns.

Preferred Experience:

  1. 5+ years in Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships, with at least 3 years in Web3.
  2. Track record of fundraising, executing TGEs (IDO/ICO), and securing ecosystem grants.
  3. Deep industry relationships across blockchains, VCs, launchpads, and Web3 influencers.
  4. Experience in SEO, PR, social media growth, and influencer collaborations.
  5. Strong technical understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
  6. Proven ability to scale teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive revenue growth.
