Your Mission

As the Growth & Brand Marketing Lead at Paradex, you’ll play a key role in defining and shaping and amplifying our brand. You’ll work closely with our CEO to build and expand his personal brand, which is integral to the success of Paradex. Your work will help us create meaningful relationships with our audience, announce game-changing product launches and drive growth in a way that aligns with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  2. Define and refine our brand voice, market positioning, and strategic messaging to make Paradex stand out.
  3. Develop style and tone guides, key messaging frameworks, and content pillars that differentiate our product and platform in the market.
  4. Ghostwriting:
  5. Collaborate directly with the CEO to build and enhance his personal brand on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn.
  6. Craft impactful content that reflects the CEO’s vision and story, establishing strong parasocial relationships with the audience.
  7. Announcements:
  8. Lead the charge on announcing product launches, events, and fundraising updates through various channels, including long-form content, social posts, and community updates.
  9. Develop and execute a robust distribution strategy to ensure our messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
  10. Growth Marketing:
  11. Drive user acquisition and engagement through innovative growth marketing strategies.
  12. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust tactics to maximize impact.
  13. Collaborate with product and community teams to align marketing efforts with product goals and community engagement.
