Summary

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be an important driver in helping our marketing, product and engineering teams grow the future of Roblox. You'll partner with marketers, data scientists, product managers, engineers and leaders across the company to grow Roblox's user base, re-engage users, and drive successful campaigns. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing.

You will:

1. Lead the day-to-day media buying and optimization across advertising channels for new user acquisition, user retention.
2. Explore and test new paid channels/partners to diversify media allocation and lead incremental users.
3. Partner with the brand marketing organization to infuse all branding through all touchpoints of the user funnel.
4. Drive user personalization for new users by identifying segmentation and optimizing ad personalization leveraging ad-tech.
5. Improve and build business processes to enable speed and impact.
6. Identify new business opportunities to continue to drive growth and revenue for Roblox platform.

You have:

1. 5+ years of experience directly building successful high-growth campaigns that shape the company's growth trajectory
2. Mobile app install experience. Strong familiarity with mobile attribution, fraud detection and deep-linking.
3. Strong understanding of incrementality, coefficients, ARPU and user LTV.
4. Understand creative trends and ability to drive creating testing framework with design team to improve campaign performance.
5. Very quantitative attitude. Ability to partner closely with Data Science to set up experiments.
6. Experience with app store optimization and SQL is a bonus.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

$169,590—$207,750 USD
