Summary
Responsibilities
- Review market trends and collect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors Insights to optimize our service offering.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand blockchain awareness in Turkey market.
- Share responsibility for improving marketing operational processes - defining/improving, monitoring and reporting.
- Design and implement go to market strategies to boost user growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies.
- Support and management documentation requests from senior management and ensure the timely execution and proper filing of documents.
- Cooperate with cross functional teams (OPs, marketing, business) in order to complete high-level assignments.
- Coordinate activities and communicate with external vendors
- Deploy successful online and offline marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with Binance’s brand identity.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis and user feedback, and prepare analytical reports for internal presentation.
- Develop effective marketing and brand communication strategy and ultimately expand our digital footprint and brand awareness in Turkey.
- Contribute to other business development and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion to explore new era for blockchain.
- Solid Understanding of Binance’s Products and Services, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends.
- Multi-skilled, fast-learner, problem solver, analytical, hard-working.
- Driven and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills.
- Effective communicator, Native / fluent English & Turkish language skills, Chinese is extra.
- Be able to make market promotion and brand promotion through advertising, soft texts and PR activities, etc.
- Have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and digital marketing channels.
- Be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
