Summary
As the Growth Partnerships Manager, you will define innovative growth partnerships at the intersection of gaming and Web3, developing a vast network of studios, partners, and KOLs.
Immutable has a network of 300+ well-funded games and strategic and technical partnerships with some of the biggest names in web3 and gaming (Gam3s.gg Ubisoft, Unity, Merit Circle, OKX). The Strategic Partnerships team's efforts continue to expand on existing and new relationships.
The Growth Partnerships Manager is needed to navigate these complex and dynamic relationships to maximise brand equity, build our platform's user base, and expand on MAB. This role is more than just activating our partnership channel; it will help build our competitive moat by leveraging the potential of our partnership assets, network, community, and more for the benefit of the platform.

- Identify and establish partnerships with Web3 games, brands, IPs, gaming communities and NFT projects to increase the growth of the Immutable Platform (zkEVM and X) through cross-promotion/growth hacker initiatives and programs with a focus on user base and MAB for the Immutable platform.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential partners within the gaming and Web3 ecosystem, including NFT companies, DAOs, guilds and community platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans in partnership with the Strategic Partnerships team
- Manage and prioritise all milestones, tasks and dependencies across the relevant partnership projects, ensuring they are fulfilled on time and have the highest impact if realised
- Manage and effectively prioritise all inbound partnership requests and opportunities and form additional newsworthy, industry-leading partnerships between Immutable and top IP brands
