Summary

You will own and drive the account management function for our web3 business, responsible for delivering product-specific adoption metrics for our key product suites: CCIP and Data Feeds. You will be responsible for providing clear and actionable insights on account health and ensuring that our sales pipeline is progressing towards strategic goals. The basis of the role will be to ensure strong, engaged, proactive relationships with our users and prospects so as to be able to act as the linchpin between various teams bringing in product specialist or technical resources as required, tracking key performance indicators, surfacing any blockers that might impede progress, and directly supporting the closure of deals as required. As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing the process, systems and structures to scale our approach to relationships management to deliver a consistently exceptional experience across 1000s of users.

Your Impact

Your work will directly influence the success of our product sales by maximizing pipeline growth and driving the adoption of our solutions in the market. By clearly defining the roles and responsibilities within the account engagement process, you will empower our sales units to operate independently and proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching and developing a team of account managers and new business hunters, ensuring they are equipped to deliver results from day one. Through your efforts, we expect to see significant growth in market share, improved efficiency in sales operations, and a stronger alignment between sales goals and overall business strategy.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience overseeing sales teams, with a strong background in being deeply hands on and proactive with personally owning deals as required.
  2. Proven ability to create structure and scalability to drive the adoption of specific product outcomes across 1000s of accounts.
  3. Deep web3 knowledge
  4. Expertise in building and managing relationships across internal and external cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  5. Strong ability to grasp broad data sets on product adoption, market trends, and user-specific intelligence to develop actionable go-to-market strategies.
  6. Experience in managing global teams.

Preferred Requirements

  1. Experience working within technical environments
  2. Experience selling infra/data/fintech where product value proposition is key in winning deals.
