By uniting top centralized crypto exchanges (CEXs) and licensed real-world asset (RWA) tokenization leaders with cutting-edge blockchain technology, Union Chain enables the issuance, distribution, and trading of digital assets on a single chain, catering to the largest network of users in Asia.

We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our community of developers and retail investors. This person will oversee social media, content strategy, incentive programs, and direct engagement with our users to drive adoption of Union Chain.

Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

1. Develop and execute engagement strategies to grow and nurture developer and retail investor communities.
2. Manage and moderate Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and blog content, ensuring timely updates and meaningful interactions.
3. Organize community AMAs, events, and partnerships to increase awareness and user participation.
4. Act as the voice of the community, gathering feedback and relaying it to internal teams for product improvements.

Social Media & Content Management

1. Oversee Union Chain’s social media presence (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Blog, YouTube, etc.).
2. Work with marketing and product teams to create educational content, announcements, and thought leadership pieces.
3. Monitor industry trends, track engagement metrics, and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Incentive Programs & Growth Initiatives

1. Design and execute incentive programs (airdrops, staking rewards, ambassador programs) to drive adoption among both developers and retail users.
2. Collaborate with growth teams and CEX partners to launch trading competitions, referral programs, and campaign activations.
3. Partner with developer communities (hackathons, bounties, grant programs) to onboard builders onto Union Chain.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years experience managing communities for a blockchain protocol, Layer 1/2 network, or a token-based project.

✅ Proven ability to engage both retail investors and developer communities.

✅ Deep understanding of crypto, onchain finance, RWA, token economies, and incentive structures.

✅ Strong experience managing Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and community blogs.

✅ Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of crafting engaging posts, updates, and long-form content.

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.

✅ Preferably based in Singapore, or willing to relocate.

Bonus Points

➕ Experience in running airdrop campaigns, ambassador programs, or NFT/community incentives.

➕ Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and performance tracking for social growth.
