IdeaSoft, a fintech and blockchain solutions service company, is looking for an experienced Head of Delivery with expertise in Web3. Your main task is to manage a team of project managers and oversee project implementation. Professional requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Project Management/ Delivery Management;
  2. Proven previous client-facing experience, experience in working in close collaboration with clients/external stakeholders;
  3. Experience working with Fixed Price projects, skilled with budget tracking (hours);
  4. Strong Web3 knowledge;
  5. Experienced working with pre-sale, estimations, proposal creations, etc;
  6. Experience leading teams with 10+ members;
  7. Strong risk management skills.

English level 

— Advanced.

Additional desirable requirements:

  1. Good knowledge of PM Tools: Jira, Confluence, tools for Gantt Chart, templates for EVA etc;
  2. Experience in team leadership as a team lead / Head of PM / Program Manager / Resource Manager;
  3. Experience in people management. User experience with web3 products and understanding how it works from a user’s side (e.g. trading, staking experience, etc).

Delivery Supervision Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee execution of multiple accounts and ensure projects meet KPIs, monitor project progress through status reports and ensure adherence to plans;
  2. Oversee preparation and maintenance of essential project documentation;
  3. Manage risk at the portfolio level and communicate critical risks to stakeholders;
  4. Resolve escalated issues related to project scope, budget, timelines, and team conflicts;
  5. Participate in team selection and project kickoff processes;
  6. Ensure finalization of Discovery deliverables, including development estimates and schedules.

PM Department Management Responsibilities:

  1. Plan Project Manager allocations for ongoing projects;
  2. Oversee PM onboarding and ensure smooth integration into projects;
  3. Create and review personal development roadmaps for PMs. Support PMs in achieving their self-development goals through coaching and feedback;
  4. Make decisions on PM terminations, probation, and raises.

Pre-Sale Coordination Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Competence Leads and Pre-Sale team;
  2. Participate in Kickoff calls to define project scope, goals, and next steps;
  3. Manage estimation processes when necessary, involving key team members when required;
  4. Suggest improvements, and optimisations.
