We are seeking a seasoned Head of Global Human Resources to spearhead HR strategies and support our international expansion. This role demands a leader capable of operating autonomously and adept at navigating the fast-paced dynamics of a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and execute global HR strategies, aligning with business objectives and promoting organizational growth.
  2. Ensure standardization of HR practices and policies across all local and global offices to maintain consistency and compliance.
  3. Develop HR policies that foster a productive workplace culture and support our global expansion efforts.
  4. Administer benefit programs, ensuring they align with both local and international employment laws.
  5. Enhance HR processes and systems for increased efficiency and scalability, adapting them for a rapidly growing startup environment.
  6. Promote employee engagement and uphold diversity and inclusion across all office locations, with standardized initiatives and practices.

Qualifications

  1. Proven track record in strategic HR management within a global setting.
  2. Strong capability to work independently and remain motivated in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  4. Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing HR policies across multiple geographic locations.

Preferred

  1. Familiarity with IT startups, cryptocurrency exchange industry, or related fields.
  2. Proven background in setting up HR frameworks in fast-paced startup environments.
