- Administer benefit programs, ensuring they align with both local and international employment laws.
- Enhance HR processes and systems for increased efficiency and scalability, adapting them for a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Promote employee engagement and uphold diversity and inclusion across all office locations, with standardized initiatives and practices.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in strategic HR management within a global setting.
- Strong capability to work independently and remain motivated in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing HR policies across multiple geographic locations.
Preferred
- Familiarity with IT startups, cryptocurrency exchange industry, or related fields.
