Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy. Own strategy for the recruitment process to attract diverse and exceptional talent; guide managers across the organisation to build out lean teams and identify gaps where new resources are needed. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Sorare’s overall employer branding strategy.
- Employee Journey and Workplace. Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives integral to the company’s overall goals and cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects Sorare’s values. You will also work on various manager empower initiatives, optimise performance management systems to drive exceptional performance and oversee our competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Operations and Compliance. You will ensure operational efficiency and general HR compliance for both our Paris and NYC offices.
Requirements
- 4 years as an HR leader, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Understanding of business strategy and demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives
- Strong philosophy and vision of people management
