About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales with deep expertise in Web3 and AI-driven solutions to join our team.

Your primary focus will be filling the sales pipeline, closing deals, and scaling the sales team as we grow. Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll drive sales strategies and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities in the Web3 space, focusing on generating new business and securing long-term partnerships.
  2. Own the sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to maintain a steady flow of new clients.
  3. Lead client negotiations with a strategic approach, managing high-value deals and ensuring successful contract closures.
  4. Scale the sales team as the company grows, building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team to maximize revenue.
  5. Monitor and optimize sales performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  6. Leverage AI and data-driven insights to enhance sales performance, pipeline management, and client targeting.
  7. Identify and evaluate new opportunities and market trends to drive growth and expand RZLT's reach.
  8. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders to strengthen RZLT’s market position.
  9. Represent RZLT at industry events by networking, speaking, and positioning the company as a leader in the Web3 space.
  10. Stay ahead of trends by continuously learning, adapting to market changes, and maintaining thought leadership within the industry.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has:

  1. 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Web3,AI, blockchain, or crypto sales.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.
  3. Strong existing network within the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem.
  4. Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence key decision-making processes.
  5. Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team performance management skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  8. Experience speaking at industry conferences and networking at a high level.
  9. Native or fluent English proficiency with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
