Summary

We’re looking for a visionary leader to head the North American region, owning the strategy and management of a local team focused on direct sales and partnerships.

You’ll have everything you need to succeed: a dedicated team of 7, your own marketing and PR budget, and support from the best product team in the business to dominate your region.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead strategic growth and performance across North America, owning regional sales, revenue, and market share while reporting directly to the CCO
  2. Build and scale high-performing sales and partnerships teams
  3. Oversee and optimize regional budget allocation
  4. Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients
  5. Drive the acquisition of key strategic clients and partners
  6. Manage the regional marketing budget and shape marketing activities directly
  7. Enjoy full freedom to propose new ideas and secure investment to bring them to life

Requirements

  1. Based in the US full-time
  2. 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or partnerships
  3. At least 2 years working in the crypto space
  4. Proven success in B2B enterprise sales
  5. Hands-on experience hiring, onboarding, and managing direct sales or channel partnerships teams
