eNor Securities, a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a passionate and analytical HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Objective:

The HR Analyst at eNor Securities will be a key partner in our HR initiatives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support by conducting research, analyzing data, and implementing efficient HR processes to attract and retain top talent, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities (5):

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, screen candidates, support recruitment, and develop a smooth onboarding program to integrate new hires into eNor's fast-paced environment.
  • Employee Experience & Development: Partner with leadership to create a positive work environment. This includes developing and executing training programs, giving mentoring, fostering a sense of community, and creating and promoting actions for leveraging employee experience.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, career development, and analyze data to identify needs and improvement areas for eNor's growing workforce and performance.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Manage employee benefits, ensure competitive compensation packages, and maintain compliance with regulations to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Support employees with inquiries, promote a positive culture and work environment, and assist with employee relations initiatives to foster a strong company culture and values.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR and hunting/recruitment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • A passion for building a positive and engaging employee experience.
  • Ability to work independently, act proactively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required as we are a global company. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
