Summary

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Collaborate with Sr. Operations Managers and Scaled Operations Leadership to establish and maintain positive employee relations programs and implement our People Programs, including compensation, feedback, engagement etc.
  2. Partner with the business on day to day operations, workforce planning, performance management, and skills assessment and development.
  3. Provide coaching to front-line managers, managing Talent needs on the ground.
  4. Partner with internal teams to improve the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding (and beyond!)
  5. Partner with local India and APAC leadership to enhance our current processes and work from office setup. Bring in cultural and local best practices, whilst maintaining a global operations perspective.
  6. POC for employee relations issues and work with the global legal/ER team in collaboration with line managers and employees, ensuring fairness and representing all interests effectively.
  7. Make sure local labor law requirements are met working in close collaboration with vendors and internal teams. 
  8. Work with other members of HR, Legal, and leadership to support and administer employee policies.

What We Look For:

  1. ~5 years HR/Peopleops experience, preferably in a shared services role.
  2. Good knowledge of labor laws, human resources processes and best practices in the customer experience domain. 
  3. Experience in fast growth culture - comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action.
  4. Extremely detail-oriented.
  5. A bias towards process improvement - you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.
  6. Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  8. BS/BA/MBA degree.
  9. Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, Jira is a strong plus.
