Summary
Ripple is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its expanding People team! This individual will be the pivotal connection between HR and the business by leading critical initiatives focused on improving people and performance strategies in alignment with Ripple's esteemed company culture and values. Working closely with business leaders, this role entails shaping organizational design, refining talent management approaches, and mentoring leadership development efforts. With expertise in these areas, the HRBP will drive substantial business growth and contribute significantly to Ripple's success through the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Advise senior leaders and managers on pertinent people-related areas such as org design, career development, and performance management.
- Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence to provide targeted HR support to various business units.
- Implement HR programs and processes including talent management and compensation planning.
- Provide operational support with data analysis, cyclical HR programming (i.e. performance reviews, engagement survey, etc.), presentation prep, HR records, and more.
- Address employee relations matters both thoroughly and swiftly through investigations, application of internal and external policies/laws, and coaching.
- Provide business leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational health and performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and HRBP peers to develop impactful initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Possess 5+ years of proven HR experience, with a strong track record as a strategic HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and the ability to coach, influence, and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Exhibit change leadership skills, contributing to change management efforts and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Display resiliency in building rapport with executives, navigating ambiguity, and making sound decisions under pressure.
- Champion inclusive actions, recognizing the importance of building diverse and inclusive workforces.
- Possess strong analytical skills, using data to provide insights and influence business decisions.

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$144,000—$162,000 USD
