Summary
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to join our People team. This role is a vital position that helps our team thrive and grow. Our ideal teammate will help manage and creatively improve our efforts in onboarding, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations for our managers and direct reports they support.
As a quickly growing company, we know that continued investment in our core People practices will allow us to move even more rapidly as a team. We are looking for someone who is inspired and passionate about building and supporting a strong People function that helps power our growth.
What you will be doing:
- Execute company-wide Talent Programs within your client group, including assessments and compensation reviews
- Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations matters
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and managers as they support to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide guidance and support to the team on various HR-related issues, such as leaves of absence, benefits, and compensation
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive first experience for new employees
- Partner with the People team in building out robust and user-friendly documentation
- Help improve and maintain compliance regarding HR policies that create a positive and productive work environment
- Gather HR data and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement
What we are looking for:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Partner or Generalist
- Direct experience partnering with engineering and business managers for their Talent Management needs
- Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Deep experience with people data analytics; ability to influence with data
The base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $205,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
