Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, driving employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining HRIS systems, and supporting a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, documentation, employee record management, offboarding, and exit formalities.
- Administer and update the HRIS/HRMS system (employee database management, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination).
- Ensure timely generation of offer letters, appointment letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate payroll activities with finance, including attendance and leave data verification.
- Handle HR compliance activities like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act compliance, labor law audits, etc.
- Manage employee grievance handling, basic query resolution, and escalation support.
- Support in policy drafting, process improvements, and compliance updates.
- Drive background verification processes for new hires.
- Maintain HR dashboards and prepare periodic HR MIS reports (attrition, joining, compliance status, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for various HR initiatives and audits.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Continuously work towards process automation and operational excellence.
Key Skills Required
- Solid understanding of HR operations, HRIS systems, and HR policies.
- Working knowledge of compliance laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, labor regulations).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be a plus.
- Prior experience in HR operations roles in IT/Technology/Consulting industries will be preferred
