Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Specialist

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, driving employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining HRIS systems, and supporting a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, documentation, employee record management, offboarding, and exit formalities.
  2. Administer and update the HRIS/HRMS system (employee database management, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination).
  3. Ensure timely generation of offer letters, appointment letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
  4. Coordinate payroll activities with finance, including attendance and leave data verification.
  5. Handle HR compliance activities like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act compliance, labor law audits, etc.
  6. Manage employee grievance handling, basic query resolution, and escalation support.
  7. Support in policy drafting, process improvements, and compliance updates.
  8. Drive background verification processes for new hires.
  9. Maintain HR dashboards and prepare periodic HR MIS reports (attrition, joining, compliance status, etc.).
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for various HR initiatives and audits.
  11. Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  12. Continuously work towards process automation and operational excellence.

Key Skills Required

  1. Solid understanding of HR operations, HRIS systems, and HR policies.
  2. Working knowledge of compliance laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, labor regulations).
  3. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. MBA/PGDM in HR will be a plus.
  3. Prior experience in HR operations roles in IT/Technology/Consulting industries will be preferred
