Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns with discretion and professionalism.

  3. Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a gaming or Web3 environment.
  2. Familiarity with gaming studio workflows and team dynamics is essential.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural teams.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  7. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  8. Commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  9. Proficiency in HRIS tools and ATS platforms.
  10. Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, BambooHR, or Asana.
