Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a gaming or Web3 environment.
- Familiarity with gaming studio workflows and team dynamics is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and ATS platforms.
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, BambooHR, or Asana.
