Summary

Your Impact

  1. You will establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, gain deep understanding of key initiatives and business needs, conduct analysis & recommend systems solutions, and drive development end to end
  2. Provide production support including triaging tickets, troubleshooting system issues, providing end-user support, researching alternative solutions and features, and delivering on enhancement requests
  3. Perform configuration and administration of business processes, notifications, set up elements, and completing EIBs across Workday modules
  4. Assess new Workday features and conduct regression testing during Workday release cycles
  5. Ensure data integrity across Workday and downstream systems; adhere to data governance, compliance, and security policies 
  6. Document processes and procedures, assist with end-user training and creation of quick reference guides
  7. Promote and utilize best practices, holistic design, and thorough testing to ensure quality work and system stability

What we are looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in HRIS or related systems analyst roles, including HRIS configuration and implementing solutions
  2. 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on Workday development, configuration, implementation, and support experience on a global scale
  3. Strong experience in at least two Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Learning, Absence, and Time Tracking
  4. In-depth knowledge of Workday foundational concepts, business processes, EIBS, security, reporting, calculated fields, touch points, and release cycles
  5. Solid understanding of HR processes and programs, employee life cycle, and HR data flows
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Experience with data governance, handling sensitive data, and SOX compliance
  8. Excellent project management and verbal & written communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  9. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and focus on quality
  10. Quick learner of new technologies; “outside-the-box” thinker who enjoys finding creative and scalable solutions to business challenges
  11. Operate with a customer service mindset, can-do attitude, grace under pressure
