Summary

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for overseeing full spectrum of HR functions. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices. The HR Manager shall manage both offices and subordinates of the Danang and Hanoi offices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning:

  1. Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  2. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent needs and develop succession plans.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to forecast HR requirements and budget accordingly.
  4. Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring.
  5. Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth

C&B Management:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation policies and benefits programs including market benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  2. Manage the annual salary review process and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  3. Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries effectively.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  1. Oversee HR operations, including Payroll Processing, time and attendance, Record-Keeping, Tax and Finalization
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  4. Develop and maintain employee handbooks and policies.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  1. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  2. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution.
  3. Conduct regular surveys and engagement activities to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

Performance Management and Development:

  1. Implement and manage a performance appraisal system aimed at driving employee development and high performance.
  2. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities in collaboration with departmental leaders.
  3. Provide coaching and support to managers to ensure effective performance management practices are upheld.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Prepare and deliver regular HR reports and analytics to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  2. Use HR metrics to identify trends, optimize HR processes, and implement data-driven improvements across the organization.

Learning and Development

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  2. Track and measure the impact of L&D programs
  3. Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a manager role.
  3. Proven track record of success in managing HR operations in an IT organization.
  4. Proficiency in English for business communication.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  6. Excellent knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
  7. Proven experience in relevant HR functions: Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations with Talent Acquisition is a big plus
  8. Proficiency in HR-related software and tools.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
  10. High level of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to ethical standards and practices.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  12. Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition is a plus (experience in IT recruitment is a strong advantage).
