Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Originate a portfolio of VIP clients (including both institutional clients and high net-worth individuals) 
  2. Deepen client relationships, understand their needs, identify and socialize requirements 
  3. Scope to identify and drive the enhancement and offering of the VIP team
  4. Contribute to the refinement of customer service and team management processes
  5. Regional analysis and strategy formulation: Collaborate with local teams in order to better understand and identify potential opportunities in coverage markets

Requirements

  1. 7+ years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc
  2. Solid knowledge of financial products, derivatives knowledge is a plus
  3. Experience with trading platforms and an understanding of basic market dynamics is a plus
  4. Existing network of clients including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc would also be a big plus
  5. Strong communication, excellent relationship management and sales skills
  6. Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
  7. Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
  8. Fluency in English: additional language skills is a plus
