Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative 

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore

Integrated Marketing Manager

 to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us grow our global social footprint while managing and optimizing content distribution across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with teams across Product Marketing, Events, Partnerships, and Brand Design to deliver engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption of Aptos' ecosystem.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Drive the overall content strategy across social media platforms and other digital channels, including external partner platforms, to amplify Aptos’s brand presence and product messaging.
  2. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and ecosystem players to co-create and distribute content that aligns with Aptos’s strategic goals.
  3. Develop and execute a content distribution plan that ensures key messages are effectively delivered to diverse audiences across multiple channels.
  4. Daily content creation and management across Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and partner channels, with a focus on partnerships, product content, and emerging trends.
  5. Manage the editorial calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful content delivery across platforms.
  6. Lead operational tasks related to social media and content distribution, ensuring a smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Partner with the Brand team to bring brand moments to life in a creative and engaging way across social and partner platforms.
  8. Collaborate with the Product team to showcase key product updates and milestones to relevant audiences.
  9. Analyze performance metrics from social media and partner platforms to optimize content and improve overall strategy.
  10. Travel within the Asia Pacific region to provide on-the-ground social media coverage at events, capturing real-time content.
  11. Support broader social media initiatives, including evergreen content creation, campaign optimizations, and audience engagement.

What we look for in you:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in social media and content management.
  2. Strong understanding of the crypto market and the blockchain ecosystem.
  3. Proven experience in growing and managing communities across Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  4. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and impactful social media content.
  5. Strong content distribution and project management skills, with experience managing an editorial calendar.
  6. Emotional intelligence and leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively prioritize and align expectations.
  7. A creative mindset with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making.
  8. A learner mindset with a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
  9. Ownership mentality with the ability to take full accountability for tasks and projects.
  10. Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $854,063.79 - $1,130,261.23 HKD. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
