As an Operations Strategy Intern at Bitpanda, you will play a key role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives across the company’s operations. Your focus will include collecting operations data to define strategic initiatives, creating visually compelling presentations, aligning with key stakeholders, and following up on action items to ensure efficient implementation.

What You’ll Do

1. Collect and organize data by running simple queries, ensuring accuracy for informed decision-making about key initiatives.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture inputs, refine content, and ensure presentations align with broader strategic goals.
3. Transform data into compelling visuals and clear Google Slides to communicate strategies, analyses, and recommendations.
4. Monitor progress on agreed deliverables, and support the team in driving initiatives to successful delivery.
5. Conduct targeted research to provide additional context for projects and reports, further supporting strategic decision-making.
