We are looking for a proactive and results-driven International Sales Manager (ISM) to join P2B Crypto Exchange, #1 exchange for young projects. 

Your main goal will be to identify promising crypto projects and close deals that help them grow and succeed.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  1. Search for potential crypto projects and establish connections with decision-makers.
  2. Conduct negotiations and close deals for exchange services (listing, market-making, partnerships, etc.).
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🔹 Requirements:

  1. Experience in B2B sales (crypto/blockchain industry is a plus).
  2. Strong understanding of the crypto market, tokenomics, and exchanges.
  3. Proven track record of successful deal closures.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and drive results.
  6. English proficiency (B2+); other languages are a plus.
