Summary

We're seeking an experienced Investment Banking and Fundraising professional to join our team, to help facilitate our expansive roadshow across 43 cities from September to December 2023. This roadshow aims to promote Unit Network to investors and to our community spanning across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Proven experience in Investment Banking and Fundraising, preferably within the technology sector.Solid knowledge of financial forecasting, valuation, due diligence processes, and strategic funding methods.

Familiarity with investor relations, able to build and maintain relationships with both institutional and retail investors.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of effectively representing Unit Network and securing strategic investments.

An understanding of the global investment climate and specific market conditions in Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Ability to create compelling pitch decks and investment proposals tailored to diverse audiences.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing logistics across multiple time zones and cities.

Proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial, as it would aid in communication during the roadshow across different regions.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire trust and confidence in both internal team members and potential investors.

Willingness to travel extensively during the roadshow period.
