Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our investment funds and overall business activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support investment fund accounting, NAV calculations, and financial reporting
2. Assist in the daily operational activities of investment funds, including trade processing, reconciliations, and cash management
3. Collaborate, and expand relationships, with third-party service providers, such as trading counterparties and exchanges, fund administrators, auditors, banks, and custodians
4. Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
5. Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes
6. Assist in investor relations activities, including onboarding new investors, reporting and communications
7. Work closely with senior team members on ad-hoc analyses, projects and strategic initiatives

Skill Set and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in asset management, fund operations, accounting, or a related industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Python a plus but not required
5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Interest in financial markets and investment management
9. Based in Mauritius
