What you'll do

1. Project Management for Compliance-related matters globally
2. Manage all Compliance Systems
3. Develop, manage, implement, and maintain all Compliance Systems
4. Ensure the alignment and completeness of IT Projects related to Compliance requirements
5. Assist in creation/enhancement of Transaction Monitoring Alerts 
6. Data analysis for Compliance related matters
7. Collect, analyze and interpret information and data to prepare recommendation
8. Support internal and external audits and ad hoc information request related to IT Compliance
9. Lead automation initiatives to improve processes and streamline Compliance operations
10. Coordinate with other business units on Compliance-related matters
11. Ensure that the IT Operations end-to-end processes are compliant and updated with relevant regulations 
12. Conduct IT Compliance testing

What we expect from you

1. 3-5 years minimum experience in Compliance Systems within a Banking/Financial Services Industry 
2. Strong familiarity in Compliance requirements 
3. Strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data well 
4. 3-5 years minimum experience in people handling is a MUST
5. Graduate of a 4-year business, accounting, law, or related course from a reputable institution
6. A good team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
7. Motivated self-starter with a passion for payments and cryptocurrency industries
8. Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
