Summary

You will join our team as an IT Helpdesk Engineer based in our Singapore Office.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users locally or remotely
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  3. Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
  4. Set up and maintain user accounts and passwords
  5. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  6. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  8. Provide training and support to users on computer systems and software
  9. Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  10. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in technology and make recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for:

  1. ITE or Diploma graduate in Information Technology or equivalent
  2. 5+ years of experience in IT Help Desk Support or a related field
  3. Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other IT team members
  6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality technical support
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and Mac OS
