Summary

Responsibilities:

1.  Determine and define project scope and objectives
2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
3. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
4. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
5. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
6. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
7. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
8. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications (MUST):

1. 1-2 of experience years engineering project management experience
2. Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to
3. people at all levels of the organization.
4. Demonstrated experience working with global product teams and engineers.
5. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to
6. non-technical stakeholders.
7. Ability to influence change outside of your span of control and build stakeholder support.
8. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and
9. informal networking within a matrix project organization.
10. Strong and concise verbal presentation, and writing skills.
11. Self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and a customer-oriented team
12. player.
13. Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical
14. teams.
15. Knowledge of Blockchain and crypto exchanges.
