Summary

The Human Resources team is looking for an outstanding and incredible Recruitment Analyst. The knowledge in your professional life

  1. Source and generate leads through various channels, identifying potential new hires.
  2. Handling data analytics in our recruitment database to optimize
  3. Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes.
  4. Conduct the initial screening interview process for candidates in the tech and Marketing industry.
  5. Schedule interviews and handle coordination between the IT Recruiters and candidate's availability.

Your skills and requirements

  1. Student in Psychology, Business Administration and related fields. • 6 months to a year of experience as a human resources intern, talent sourcer, screener or any similar position.
  2. Experience recruiting IT profiles and Non IT profiles. (not mandatory). • Knowledge and experience sourcing and recruiting using various channels.
  3. Ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver.
  4. Advanced English and Spanish level, spoken and written.
