As an Junior Accountant in our team

You will be responsible for financial reporting, system deployments, and data automation. Also, explore the updated compliance requirement for crypto accounting. 

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and analysis monthly management reports and business reviews
2. Support efficiency improvements including simplification of reports, analysis tools and automation of reporting.
3. Activity involved in new financial system deployment
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the monthly close process; ensure the integrity of financial data.
5. Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorized in accordance to company policies
6. Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Accountancy / ACCA Level 3 or equivalent 
2. Minimum 2 year of relevant accounting experience in similar position especially accounts closing and reporting
3. Required language(s): English

Preferred

1. Prior exposure to Xero is an added advantage
2. Advanced Excel Skills
3. Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would have an advantage
