Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Executive Assistant to support a Member of our Board. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, possess a strong desire to learn, and be tech-savvy. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Board Member and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning and executing board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance: Support the Board Member in various projects by conducting research, gathering information, and tracking progress.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize technology effectively to streamline tasks and improve efficiency, including proficiency in office software and digital communication tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
