Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, IT, and data protection.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (contracts, NDAs, privacy policies, terms of use, and platform agreements).
3. Ensure compliance of website and platform content with legal standards.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on legal and compliance matters.
5. Support KYC/AML procedures and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience & Knowledge:

1. Internship or prior experience in a law firm, IT company, or crypto/blockchain-related project is a plus.
2. Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, IT law, and data protection.
3. Familiarity with contract law and compliance standards.
4. Knowledge and understanding of legal drafting.
5. Advanced English proficiency (C1).
