About the Role

Gasp.xyz, the first decentralized exchange to build on EigenLayer, is looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this fast-paced Web3 and Crypto environment, you’ll play a key role in growing our community and spreading our vision of decentralized finance. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates in Western European time zones.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and grow our social media presence (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, etc.)

-Create engaging and relevant memes, graphics, and content for Web3 and crypto communities

-Run and optimize quests on platforms like Layer3, Galxe, TaskOn, QuestN, etc. to boost user engagement

-Collaborate with marketing and community teams to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth

-Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize results

-Stay on top of Web3 trends and crypto culture

-Keep the vibes immaculate and foster a positive community environment

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience in social media management, ideally in Web3/Crypto

-Strong skills in meme creation and community engagement

-Experience with quest platforms such as Galxe, TaskOn, QuestN, and others

-Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, Ethereum, EVM rollups, and layer-2 solutions

-Knowledge of the EigenLayer and restaking ecosystem is a bonus

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Passion for blockchain, decentralized tech, and the crypto space

-Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

-European time zones preferred for coordination
