Summary

We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive Junior SQA engineer with 0-1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the QA team in ensuring product quality through testing. You will participate in the design and execution of test cases, identify bugs, and help deliver a high-quality user experience

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

✅ 0–1 year of experience in software QA or a related role

✅ Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC

✅ Familiarity with functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

✅ Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

✅ Exposure to automation tools like Cypress or Postman is a plus

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Attention to detail and passion for quality

✅ Good spoken and written communication skills—mandatory, as the role involves working with international clients

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand software requirements and functional specifications
2. Design, write, and execute web test cases /mobile applications & APIs
3. Perform manual testing and assist in automation (if required)
4. Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
5. Collaborate with the respective stakeholder to ensure product quality.
6. Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting
7. Maintain QA documentation including test plans and reports
8. Provide feedback to improve usability and performance
