Summary

Your Role

  1. Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign of Mantle.
  2. Onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs
  3. Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements.
  4. Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.
  5. Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.)
  6. Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs.
  7. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth.
  8. Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Your Craft

  1. 2+ years of Web3 experience is required, with a focus on marketing and KOL management are preferred.
  2. Strong operational skills, including negotiation, content support, and cost tracking.
  3. Ability to evaluate KOL performance and adjust strategies for market fit and efficiency.
  4. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
  5. Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to balance operations with strategy.
  6. Bachelor's degree in economics, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
