Summary
Your Role
- Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign of Mantle.
- Onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs
- Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements.
- Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.
- Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.)
- Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth.
- Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Your Craft
- 2+ years of Web3 experience is required, with a focus on marketing and KOL management are preferred.
- Strong operational skills, including negotiation, content support, and cost tracking.
- Ability to evaluate KOL performance and adjust strategies for market fit and efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to balance operations with strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
