Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage with key influencers within the Crypto, Web3, and FinTech space, both locally and globally.
  2. Develop, plan, and execute influencer/KOL marketing campaigns across platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  3. Create and lead the creative strategy for branded content, including drafting clear and compelling creative briefs, and negotiating influencer/KOL deliverables and agreements.
  4. Measure and analyze the impact of influencer/KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights on how to optimize performance across individual channels.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce branded content that aligns with key business objectives, including product launches and major marketing moments.
  6. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize for increased engagement and conversions.
  7. Work closely with social media partners to position Coins.ph as an industry leader in the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 spaces.

Requirements

  1. Proven ability to deliver results at a high level, regardless of the number of years in the field.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  3. A solid understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystems. A general awareness of DeFi versus CeFi is essential.
  4. A proactive, self-driven approach to identify challenges, take ownership of solutions, and move quickly to execute.
  5. Ability to make data-driven decisions. Track campaign performance, assess impact, and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
  6. Experience with influencer marketing and social media. Demonstrated success in driving growth through influencer partnerships, viral contents, or community building is a strong plus.
  7. Skilled in negotiating with influencers and securing partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  8. A genuine interest in crypto, fintech, and emerging technologies. Passion for the space is essential for success.
  9. A network of influencers and a proven track record in driving user engagement, trading volume, or sign-ups is highly desirable.
