Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations and user growth in the Korean market. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective operational strategies to increase user engagement, transaction volume, and drive global channel expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute diverse marketing campaigns, including online and offline events, community management, and content marketing, based on platform characteristics and user needs. Track campaign performance, adjust strategies promptly, and optimize user experience. Manage campaign budgets.
  2. Channel Expansion and Management: Expand the company's global exchange channels, including KOL partnerships and community node building. Design and execute channel operations activities to acquire new users and drive transaction conversions. Analyze channel retention and transaction data, optimize resource allocation, and improve channel efficiency.
  3. User Growth and Operations: Develop user growth strategies to increase user engagement and retention. Manage the user lifecycle and improve user lifetime value. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data to understand user needs and optimize product features.
  4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish a comprehensive data analysis system to track various operational metrics and optimize based on data. Continuously explore new data analysis methods to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  5. Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor information, and adjust operational strategies accordingly. Identify industry best practices and provide recommendations for the company.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in internet industry operations, with preference given to those with overseas market operation experience.
  3. Familiar with social media operations, content marketing, and user growth.
  4. Strong ability in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis.
  5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and stress management skills.
  6. Fluent in Korean and English.

  5. Competitive product analysis: Keep an eye on industry trends and competitive product information, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner. Explore industry best practices and provide recommendations to the company.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, computer science or related majors are preferred.
  2. More than 3 years of experience in Internet industry operations, those with overseas market operations experience are preferred.
