Summary

As a Product Manager, you will work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service that is compliant and able to provide the best experience to Binance users.

Responsibilities

1. Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and achieve best KYC conversion rate
2. Create and review Product Requirements Document (PRD) for easy tracking within the project group
3. Ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines
4. Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Risk to ensure the KYC flow offer the greatest value are prioritized
5. Track and analyze key user metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements
6. Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in the designated markets
7. Support the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of product
8. Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders

Requirements

1. 5-8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager from Fin-tech, Finance or Blockchain industry
2. Candidates who has strong experience in KYC process is a huge advantage
3. Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
4. Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
5. Logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks
6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills
7. Self-starter who is able thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment that is results-driven
8. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
