Summary

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a key partner to the Chief AI Officer (CAO), you will champion AI-driven transformation across Circle. You will drive awareness, education, and adoption of AI tools, ensuring alignment with the CAO’s strategic vision. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will help integrate AI into existing workflows, champion cultural change, and remove barriers to adoption.

What You’ll Work On

1. Assist the CAO in implementing the AI strategy, translating vision into actionable initiatives.
2. Advocate for AI adoption by coordinating workshops, seminars, and executive briefings.
3. Develop and share success stories that highlight impactful AI use cases.
4. Partner with the Talent team to embed AI literacy into training and development programs.
5. Collaborate with IT, data science, and business units to align AI opportunities with corporate objectives.
6. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure AI concepts are clearly communicated.
7. Support leadership with materials and presentations that drive AI-related decision-making.

What You’ll Bring to Circle Core

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience driving AI adoption and transformation in a corporate environment.
3. Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.
4. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
5. Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead projects.

Preferred Requirements

1. Advanced certifications or coursework in AI/ML.
2. Experience working in fintech, payments, or blockchain industries.
3. Knowledge of emerging AI trends and their business implications.
4. Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
5. Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and crafting effective prompts

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Range: $145,000 - $192,500
