Summary

Ripple Custody team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product manager to join our team. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between TradFi and DeFi by building infrastructure to tokenize, store, and settle value in a simple, secure, and compliant way, come join us!

As a Lead Product Manager for Digital Assets, you’ll be working with all customer segments, ranging from the largest financial institutions in the world to crypto-forward companies. You will lead all facets of the custody platform related to blockchains, including tracking accounts and positions, managing transactional experiences for both incoming and outgoing transactions, and overseeing data management and analysis. Your focus will be on creating a seamless and secure user experience (UX) that meets the unique needs of each user type, from finance professionals to compliance officers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Take ownership of the Digital Assets experience, driving product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, business development, and legal.
  2. Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product design and development, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  3. Create and communicate product stories, requirements, and design, propose implementation plans, and ensure timely product releases.
  4. Establish and drive key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of products and related initiatives.
  5. Identify strategic and tactical product opportunities to grow product adoption.
  6. Represent Ripple Custody and drive though leadership at conferences, panel discussions or other industry events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  1. 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
  3. Experience in financial technology, and blockchain / crypto.
  4. Customer centricity and empathy for their needs.
  5. Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products.
  6. Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with technical teams.
  7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team.

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 

CA Annual Base Salary Range

$195,000—$245,000 USD
