Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer who can lead our design team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, a passion for solving complex design problems, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion, ensuring a user-centered approach.
2. Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
8. Advocate for the user experience and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing a team of designers.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
