What you'll do

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Legal Operations leader to propel our legal team's efficiency and effectiveness. This strategic role involves managing and optimizing workflows across the entire legal spectrum. You'll report directly to the General Counsel of Privacy and Business Affairs, acting as a vital bridge between legal and various global teams. Responsibilities

1. Be a visionary leader, adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing impactful solutions.
2. Leverage your 3+ years of legal operations or legal program management experience in-house to drive operational excellence.
3. Champion the adoption and optimization of legal technology and improve existing implementations (Ironclad, Salesforce, etc.) to streamline operations.
4. Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and lead collaborative teams to achieve shared goals.

Minimum Requirements

1. Possess a bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
2. Demonstrate exceptional follow-through and a strong sense of ownership.
3. Excel in written and verbal communication, clearly conveying complex legal matters.
4. Approach challenges proactively, anticipating issues and developing effective solutions.
5. Be highly adaptable and collaborative, embracing cutting-edge technologies to amplify Fireblocks' performance.
