Summary

Business Development Manager (Listing Services) Job Description: This is a fully remote position. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry and will be responsible for sourcing and listing high-quality blockchain projects on our platform, as well as promoting various crypto-related products. Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and source high-quality blockchain projects for listing on the DigiFinex exchange.
2. Engage with project teams and conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with DigiFinex's listing criteria.
3. Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential partners in the crypto and blockchain industry.
4. Develop and execute strategies to increase the visibility and attractiveness of our product offerings.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
6. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency market, including emerging trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
7. Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the crypto/blockchain industry.
3. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the digital assets market.
4. Excellent networking skills with a proven track record of developing partnerships in the blockchain industry.
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
8. Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Mandarin or additional languages is a plus.
