Summary

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, your focus will be on driving key customer engagement initiatives such as the "Tell a Friend" referral program and the In-App Stories tool. You'll craft thoughtful strategies that bring these programs to life, ensuring they align with business goals while inspiring our customers. With an eye on both creativity and results, you'll work to refine these tools, measure their impact, and create campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience.

What You’ll Do

  1. Shape and enhance the Referral Program: Oversee and improve our "Tell a Friend" program by evaluating performance data, optimising rewards structures, and designing inclusive, engaging campaigns to grow participation.
  2. Curate impactful In-App Stories: Take responsibility for the Stories tool, creating meaningful content that reflects our audience's needs while supporting business goals. Regularly monitor engagement metrics and adapt content strategies to foster stronger connections and conversions.
  3. Design thoughtful marketing campaigns: Develop creative, audience-centric go-to-market strategies for both the referral and Stories tools. Use insights into user behaviour to craft messaging that feels authentic and resonates across diverse channels.
  4. Support with strategic insights: Build and maintain clear systems for tracking marketing success. Regularly review performance, generate actionable insights, and share recommendations to guide future campaigns.
  5. Collaborate to launch new tools: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring new internal tools like a promotions platform to life. Ensure these tools align with our vision for customer engagement and operational excellence.

  1. You bring 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing within a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment.
  2. Your project coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills are among your strengths.
  3. You’re an effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and can advance projects with clarity and care.
  4. You’re passionate about financial markets and have a curiosity for the crypto industry and its products (deep knowledge is a plus).
